The use of conversational commerce (CC) is significantly increasing everywhere in the world, but particularly in Vietnam.
A recent poll by Decision Lab and Facebook found that 53% of Vietnamese consumers use Conversational Commerce during the purchasing process, and up to 50% of those customers generally make another purchase using online messaging. Statistics show that 58% of Conversational Commerce users in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City make at least one online purchase per week.The figures above show how Conversational Commerce is surging and changing how eCommerce businesses operate and interact with their customers.
