Overview

Bible Friend is an helpful application for education and teaching. It allows users to read different versions of the bible, listen to a sermon for a particular verse, or read commentary in that verse. If you prefer, you can go deeper and read an article on that verse. You can also choose your favorite with the heart button. What’s more, you can even set the daily reminder to read as well. Now, we will show you our Flutter application development process to create this app

Requirements

  • On the first screen of this app
  • There should be an icon ( bell) to set daily reminder.This reminder will remind users to click on the app and look at the verse
  • Also, it is a heart icon on the first screen as well. Users can use this icon to mark their favorite verses
  • Next, there should be a thumb icon, which is to like the app on app store
  • Moreover, the Youtube icon is to take you to the Youtube channel
  • Now, let’s move to the second screen of this app
  • The first icon on the second page will take you to different sermons on the YouTube channel. In particular, they are the links that users can put in manually. As a result, the app should include the option to be able to do that.
  • Besides, users should have the option to add more verses pictures everyday.
  • The second icon on the second page will also link to another page in the web.
  • The third icon, the book icon will be to link to an online Bible There should be a bulb icon linking to another page in the web. Also, the option to put that in the website will be available
  • Users can save the bible as a homepage or lockscreen by clicking the picture icon
  • In case users want to download the image to their phones, they can do this by simply clicking on the download icon
  • Moreover, there should be a share icon to help users share the bible
  • Next, the heart icon is to add that to your favorites

Solutions

  • Here’s the flutter application development process to develop this app
  • Firstly, use firebase to push notification
  • Then, set up local push notification to remind bible
  • Use NodeJS to build a backend and APIs
  • Also, to allow users to rate app in store, use rating API
  • Use IAP

  • It can provide verses lists to users
  • Admin is able to add image and verses
  • Also, users can download images and set them as wallpaper
  • Besides, users can set the reminder for new bible verses
