Overview

THM Resident is an application made specifically for Tan Hoang Minh Residents. This app provides many great conveniences for people here. Users simply enter their mobile phone to access all the facilities in their apartment. For example, electricity and water supplies, internet and so on. Moreover, they can shop groceries, or book cars via this app. THM Resident app promises to bring convenience and highest satisfaction to all residents. In this case study, we will show our React native development service to create this app

Requirements

  • Show comments and suggestions about the services in the fastest way. Moreover, this app will have a history of recording time and track the process of resolving those comments and suggestions
  • Also, residents can request repairing or replacing equipment in their apartment. For instance, electricity, water, waterproofing and so on
  • Besides, users can receive timely notices and notifications about their apartments via the Management Board. In particular, residents can instantly be notified about power cut, water cut, fake fire alarms, etc.
  • Users are able to manage the list of paid amount as well
  • Furthermore, the app should include the registration for construction and parking, notification of visitors, health care service, etc.

  • Pay monthly bills and view invoices

  • Call for shuttle, make a reservation at a restaurant, buy movie tickets, and have a regular checkup
  • Besides, residents can control smart devices in their apartment. However, they need to install compatible equipment to do this
