Hanoi, Vietnam – October 29, 2025 – AHT Tech today announced a strategic partnership with Hyra Holdings, a pioneering AI socialization and green economy platform, to expand its AI capabilities and accelerate the commercialization of innovative AI solutions for global markets.

The partnership establishes AHT Tech as a key technology partner in Hyra’s ecosystem, enabling the company to deploy its AI models on Hyra Mega – a global AI marketplace that connects developers, businesses, and users worldwide.

Under the strategic agreement, AHT Tech will deploy AI models developed by the company and integrate them into Hyra Mega – a global AI marketplace operated by Hyra Holdings. This integration enables businesses and users to select, deploy, and operate AI models directly on Hyra Mega while leveraging Hyra’s global infrastructure, data capabilities, and community network.

Within this collaboration framework:

• AHT Tech will work with Hyra Holdings to assess security systems, develop internal control frameworks, and establish policies for Access Control, Change Management, and Incident Response
• Both parties will collaborate with international audit partners including A-LIGN, Prescient, and Deloitte, while developing a compliance dashboard for quarterly monitoring and evaluation
